Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Semi-sweetened chocolate chips - 1 Cup
  2. Heavy cream - 1/4 Cup
  3. Butter - 2 Tablespoons
  4. Honey - 1 Tablespoon
  5. Desiccated coconut - 1/4 cup
  6. Coarsely powdered pistachios - 1/4 cup
  7. Coarsely powdered almonds - 1/4 cup
  8. Coarsely powdered cashews - 1/4 cup
  9. Coco powder - 1/4 cup


  1. 1. Take the semi-sweetened chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a sauce pan, boil the heavy cream with honey and butter.
  3. 3. Once the butter have melted, pour the mixture into the mixing bowl having chocolate chips.
  4. 4. Now with the help of the whisk, mix it well so that chocolate chips gets melted.
  5. 5. Freeze the melted chocolate chips for 2 hours. 6. After 2 hours, scoop the chocolate with the help of the spoon and make it to a round shape and place it in a tray having parchment paper.
  6. 7.Once you have finished shaping the chocolate truffles, place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. 8. After 30 minutes, the chocolate truffles would have set and ready for coatings.
  7. 9. You can coat the chocolate truffles of your choice. Here I have used desiccated coconut, coco powder and some nuts like cashews, pistachios, almonds,etc., for coatings.
  8. 10. I got around 25 chocolate truffles from the mentioned ingredient measurement.
