ABOUT Chocolate Oreo Tart RECIPE

Oreo Chocolate tart is a sheer bliss for all choclate lovers. Oreo Biscuits crushed and mixed well with melted butter to form the tart base, on top goes in the dark chocolate ganache & finally the oreo chocolate for garnishing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. A pack of oreo biscuits
  2. 100 g of dark chocolate
  3. 200 ml fresh cream
  4. 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Remove cream from Oreo Biscuits and crush in a mixie. Now add butter to it grind it once again. Remove this moist mixture in a plate.
  2. 2. Now take a tart/pie mould ( with removable base) and now line the base of the mould with this oreo biscuit mixture well to form a even layer and keep aside.
  3. 3. Warm cream on low flame in a pan, now add this dark choclate chunks, mix well with spatula in order to melt the choclate. Your dark choclate ganache is ready, allow it cool.
  4. 4. Now pour this ganache over the biscuit base. Fill it till the rim and allow it to set for 1 hour in the fridge.
  5. 5. Slowly unmould it by lifting the base of the mould from bottom the tart comes out to perfection. Now slowly scrap out with palate knife to remove the mould base lid and place it in a plate
  6. 6. GARNISH it with broken peices of oreo biscuits . One whole biscuit in the center. Now cut the tart into four peices to resemble a cake slice or pastry, serve individual portion in a plate
