Ingredients to make Kuttu ka halwa

  • Kuttu flour 2 cups
  • sugar 6 tablespoon or as per taste
  • Desi ghee. 2 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom. 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Mix dry fruit- Kaju,badam,pista
  • water 1 1/2 cups

How to make Kuttu ka halwa

  1. First add 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan/ladai.heat well.
  2. Add kutu flour and roast it till golden brown atleast 8-10 mins.
  3. Add sugar and water, stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook the halwa, add cardamom powder, garnish with mix dry fruits and serve hot.
