Ingredients to make Kiwi ka Peda

  • Fresh kiwi pulp - 1 cup
  • Khoya - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • rose petals - for garnishing
  • Dry Fruits - For garnishing

How to make Kiwi ka Peda

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan pour kiwi pulp and cook on medium flame for about 15 minutes Add khoya to kiwi pulp and cook till mixture start leaving edges of pan or start thickening Turn off flame ,let the mixture come to room temperature.
  2. Add sugar and make oval shape pedas.
  3. Garnish with rose petals and serve cold.
