Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 litre full cream milk
  2. 2tbsp Sugar
  3. 2-3 cardamom pods
  4. 1/2tsp saffron
  5. Dried rose petals
  6. 1tsp rose water
  7. Tulsi ke beej 2tbsp


  1. In a broad kadhai, pour the milk and bring it to boil.
  2. Now simmer the gas and let the milk reduce.
  3. Soak the tulsi seeds in 2tbsp of water and keep aside.
  4. Crush the cardamom pods and add it to the milk. Also add the saffron strands to it.
  5. Keep stirring occasionally till the milk is reduced to half. Switch off the flame.
  6. Add sugar, rose water and rose petals to it.
  7. Refrigerate it for 2-3hours.
  8. Now add the soaked sabza to it and mix well. Serve chilled.
