About Tirangi kheer Recipe

Tirangi Kheer is a dessert that includes 3 different kheers in it made using green pae, rice and paneer without any food colour

Tirangi kheer

Ingredients to make Tirangi kheer

  • For green kheer :-
  • matar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 litter
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • sugar 1tbsp
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped pista 10-12
  • For white kheer :-
  • rice 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 litter
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • sugar 1tbsp
  • Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped pista 10-12
  • For orange kheer :-
  • paneer 1 cup
  • Milk 1 litter
  • saffron 1 pinch
  • sugar 1 tbsp

How to make Tirangi kheer

  1. For green kheer Take a jar put green pea and grind it Heat a pan put ghee
  2. Add grinded green pea paste and stir it well and cook on low flame for few minutes and keep aside
  3. Now take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes half the quantity
  4. Now add green pea paste and stir well and add sugar and stir it again
  5. Cook on low flame and add cardamom powder and cook for few minutes and let it cool
  6. For white kheer Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes
  7. Take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes half the quantity
  8. Now take those soaked rice and crush them up and add it in the milk and cook on low flame till rice is done .
  9. Now add sugar, cashew and cardamom powder and stir well
  10. Cook for few mins till the consistency gets thick and let it cool
  11. For orange kheer Soak saffron in 1/4 cup of warm milk
  12. take a pan put milk and boil it till it becomes 1/4 the quantity
  13. Now add sugar, saffron and stir well and cook for few more minutes
  14. Now add mashed paneer and stir well and cook for 1 minutes and let it cool
  15. Now green pea ,rice and paneer tiranga kheer is ready
  16. Take a serving glass pour green pea kheer on the base and pour rice kheer over it and then pour paneer kheer on top of it
  17. You can serve all the kheers separately and enjoy different types of kheer,
