Pindi chole

Ingredients to make Pindi chole

  • Boiled chole- 1 cup
  • bay leaf 1
  • cinnamon small piece
  • clove 3-4
  • Teabag 1
  • salt to taste
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • chilli powder 1teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1teaspoon
  • Chole masala 1teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1teaspoon
  • imli paste 1teaspoon
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Pindi chole

  1. Boil the chole with salt, cinnamon, clove ,bay leaf and tea bag.
  2. Grind 5-6 tablespoons chole in a mixer.
  3. Heat pan add chole and grOUND chole add ginger garlic paste and all spices and imli paste.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped onion tomatoes and coriander leaves.

My Tip:

Heat 1 teaspoon ghee and add all dry spices and pour on the chole.
