Ingredients to make Choco lava cupcake

  • all purpose flour. 1 cup
  • Cocoa pwd. 3 tsp
  • Baking pwd. 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate. 125 gms
  • butter. 100 gms
  • curd. 3/4 cup
  • sugar. 1/2 cup
  • baking soda. 1/2 tsp

How to make Choco lava cupcake

  1. 1. Sift maida, cocoa powder and baking powder together.
  2. 2. Melt chocolate n butter together in a bowl either by double boiling method or in the microwave.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix curd and sugar together.
  4. 4. Then add baking soda to it and mix.
  5. 5. Leave it for 4-5 mins till you see bubbles in it.
  6. 6. Now mix chocolate in it.
  7. 7. Now gradually add maida mix in it.
  8. 8. Dust the silicon moulds with flour n pour this mixture in them.
  9. 9. Bake in the pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 6-7 mins.
  10. 10. Take it out n wait for 2-3 mins then de mould it.

My Tip:

Do not bake it for more then 6-7 mins or your'll not get the lava. If you have prepare in advance then while serving microwave it for 1 min.
