Ingredients to make Taal makhana raita

  • Lotus seeds/taal makhana - 1 cup
  • ghee - 2tbsp
  • Fresh curd - 1 cup
  • Black salt - a pinch
  • sugar - as per taste
  • pomegranate - half cup

How to make Taal makhana raita

  1. First take fresh curd in a bowl, add salt n sugar, mix it well keep in fridge.
  2. Heat a pan on medium flame add ghee than tall makhana, roast them well till crispy.
  3. Switch off the gas, take out taal makhana in a plate cool it.
  4. Now add taal makhana in curd. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
  5. Serve.

My Tip:

Add makhana in curd at serving time for crispiness, can also garnish with mint leaves.
