Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup makhana
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/2 tsp chopped mint leaves
  4. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  5. Sendha namak (halite) to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the makhana and roast them with 1 tsp ghee for 4 -5 minutes on medium flame.
  2. Blend the curd with hand whisker, add mint leaves, jeera powder, sendha namak and roasted makhana.
  3. Keep this raita in fridge for 1/2 an hour. Makhana will be soft and tasty.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
