Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For aloo ka halwa
  2. 3 - 4 medium sized boiled potato grated
  3. 2 tbsp pure ghee
  4. 4 tbsp sugar
  5. 2 tbsp milk powder
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. Pinch of cardomon powder
  8. 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits of choice
  9. For patatha
  10. 1cup singhare ka atta
  11. 1/2 cup samak chawal atta
  12. Sendha namak to taste
  13. Lukewarm water as required to knead soft dough
  14. Ghee for making paratha
  15. For makhane ka raita
  16. 1 cup makhana fried in desi ghee
  17. 2 cup.curd
  18. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  19. Sugar and.sendha namak to taste
  20. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies


  1. For halwa heat ghee in karahi. To this add boiled grated potato
  2. Cook potato in ghee for few minutes. Then add cardomon powder , chopped dry fruits and.sugar
  3. Again cook for few minutes .
  4. Then add milk and milk powder
  5. Cook till it starts leaving pan
  6. Let it cool down.
  7. For paratha .
  8. Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough
  9. Let it rest for few minutes
  10. Roll Roti's of equal size
  11. Top one roti with halwa
  12. Close it with other roti.
  13. Cook on low flame by adding ghee on both sides
  14. For raita crush fried makhane .
  15. Whisk curd,salt ,sugar cumin powder and. Chopped green chill .
  16. Add crushed makhana to it.Raita is ready serve with paratha
