Chocolate brownie

Ingredients to make Chocolate brownie

  • wheat flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 Cup
  • maida - 1/2 cup
  • sugar powder - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp ( optional)
  • salt a pinch

How to make Chocolate brownie

  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl put milk , sugar and oil and whisk till sugar is dissolved completely
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix
  4. Now start adding your sieved dry ingredients slowly.... So that there are no lumps.
  5. Now your batter is ready
  6. Bake in a preheated oven on 180/for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  7. The cooker version of preparation :
  8. Take a cooker, salt bed with 2 cups sea salt add salt to dry cooker. Place a stand and now let cooker get hot over high flame for 10 minutes. This is preheating.Now pat your vessel filled with batter place it on the stand and close the cooker. NOTE- No gasket. No whistle.
  9. Leave on medium flame for 20 - 30 minutes. If your worried about the cake, no problem...open it prick with a tooth pick on next 10 minute you placed in cooker, if its sticky again close and leave for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve with vanilla ice cream scoop.Happy baking, enjoy the treat!

My Tip:

Please set the oven on appropriate mode. In cooker preperation, please maintain flame level as mentioned.
