ABOUT Vegan double chocolate mousse RECIPE

Tofu, a soft white block of coagulated soy bean milk, it's a perfect pairing with chocolate to create luscious mousse.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Silken tofu - half block
  2. Cocoa powder-1tbsp
  3. Choco chips (vegan)-1tbsp
  4. Coconut oil- few drops
  5. Soy milk- half cup
  6. Brown sugar - to sweeten
  7. Vegan choco thins - to garnish
  8. Grapes halved - a few to garnish

Instructions

  1. In Microwave safe dish zap the choco and coconut oil till it melts and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl add smooth tofu, cocoa powder and brown sugar and whisk till smooth.
  3. Add the soy milk and mix till smooth.
  4. Add the melted choco chip and melted and mix well till smooth.
  5. Spoon into ramekins and chill till ready to use.
  6. Garnish with chocolate thins and grape halves
