Ingredients to make Kuutu kachodi

  • 4 medium size boiled and mashed pototo
  • 100 gm kuutu ka aata (buck wheat flour)
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tbs green chilly
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tbs red chilly
  • 1/2 tbs coriander powder
  • oil for frying
  • water as required

How to make Kuutu kachodi

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and make a soft dough, if dough is hard add little water.
  2. Take a pan, heat it and add oil.
  3. Make small balls and press it, fry them till golden in colour.
  4. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or curd.

My Tip:

Dip kachodi into beaten curd and add tamarind chutney, spread chat masala or kashmiri red chilly.
