Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Coconut -1 grated
  2. Jaggery - 10 spoon
  3. Cardamom - 5 nos
  4. Salt - a Pinch

Instructions

  1. Take two glass of water in a vessel. add jaggery, cardamon and salt.
  2. Let it boil in a low flame for 10 to 15 mins. And drain the water as jaggery have dust.
  3. Add grated coconut and little water in a blender and make it as smooth paste. Extract first milk from that. Keep it aside
  4. Again add little water in grained coconut and extract second milk
  5. Add the second extracted coconut milk in a jaggery water and let it boil for 2 to 3 mins.
  6. Switch off the stove and add the first extract milk after 5 mins
