ABOUT Choco Apple Stick RECIPE

A yummy and easy to make dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 big size apple
  2. 200gm dark chocolate
  3. White chocolate for garnishing
  4. 6 ice cream sticks

Instructions

  1. Take 2 apples and wash them properly. Slice apple vertically and clean its extra moisture with tissue paper.
  2. Cut 3 slices from 1 apple.
  3. Take 200gm dark chocolate compound and microwave it for 1.5 minute or until it's melted completely, dont overcook chocolate.
  4. Make a cut at the centre bottom of the apple with knife and insert icecream stick into apple.
  5. Place apple slices into a tray and spread melted chocolate over one side of the apple and decorate it with melted white chocolate.
  6. Freeze it for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  7. Now turn apple and spread melted on other side and garnish it.
  8. Again refrigerate it for 20 minute.
  9. Serve chilled choco apple stick as a dessert for family and kids.
