ABOUT Healthy Apple Tea RECIPE

It increase immunity, decrease cholesterol and its also helpful in any problem related to lungs and knees. But it should not be taken by the ladies who is pregnant or giving breast feeding.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple - 1 medium size
  2. Honey - 2 tablespoons
  3. Cinnamon - 1 stick
  4. Lemon - 1 medium size
  5. Tea-bags - 2
  6. Water - 3 Cups

Instructions

  1. Collect all ingredients.
  2. Wash apple properly, remove seeds and cut into very small pieces.
  3. Now heat 3 cups of water in a pan.
  4. Add apple pieces in the water.
  5. Now add in lemon juice and cinnamon stick.
  6. Now put on the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes add tea-bags in it.
  8. Again put lid on and cook for more 5 minutes.
  9. Now switch off the flame, open the lid and remove the tea-bags. Then strain it with the help of a strainer.
  10. Put this strained liquid again in the pan.
  11. Now mix honey in it and cook for 1 minute.
  12. Now pour into the cups.
  13. Your healthy apple tea is ready now. Enjoy.
