ABOUT Healthy masala tea RECIPE

A flavourful and healthy tea with whole masalas for the cold evenings.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tea -1tsp
  2. Sugar- 2 tbsp
  3. Grated ginger - 1/4 th tsp
  4. Basil leaves( tulsi leaves) - 6-7
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 th tsp
  6. Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  7. Fennel seeds - 1/4 th tsp
  8. Milk-1 cup
  9. Water - 1.5 cups


  1. Boil some water in a saucepan and add all the ingredients except the milk.
  2. Once the water gets the color from the tea and is boiling, add the milk and boil for few more seconds.
  3. Masala tea is ready to be poured into cups and sipped.
