Choco Lava Cake

Ingredients to make Choco Lava Cake

  • 140 gms Dark chocolate
  • 100 gms butter
  • 100 gms Icing sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 gms flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

How to make Choco Lava Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 140 degree celsius. Grease muffin moulds.
  2. Melt the chocolate on a stove over a double boiler or in a microwave along with butter
  3. In a bowl, add sugar, egg yolks, eggs and mix well.
  4. Blend the chocolate-butter mixture with the sugar-egg mixture.
  5. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Make sure there are no lumps.
  6. Pour the batter in muffin moulds. Bake for 10 mins.
  7. Carefully remove from mould onto a serving plate, the middle should be gooey and soft.
