Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  • flour 2.5 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1.5 cup
  • oil 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup
  • almonds 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake

  1. Take sugar in bowl and mix oil, beat them gently.
  2. Mix fresh cream in it.
  3. Mix Curd in it.
  4. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and then strain.
  5. Now mix both the both sugar and flour mix in 3 parts so that it gets gently fluffy and add chocolate chips and some chopped almond (coated with flour).
  6. Now grease the baking tin with butter, dust little bit flour and now pour the mixed batter into the tin vessel.
  7. Now spread some Chocolate chips and chopped almond again on the top.
  8. Now baked it for 180 degree pre heated Oven for 45 min.
  9. Now gently take out the cake from tin and let it cool for sometime.
  10. Now the cake is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Almonds should be coated with flour else they will settle down.
