Yummy cake pops dipped in divine chocolate sauce and garnished with colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 medium size cake any flavour you can take - I used eggless plum cake which I made on Christmas day. You can use any vanilla chocolate or red velvet cake.
  2. 2 tbsp or more apricot jam or any fruit jam
  3. 1/2 cup Cream
  4. 1 cup dark baking chocolate chopped
  5. Sprinkles as your desire, I used colourful as theme, you can use chocolate or keep it plain
  6. Lollipop sticks


  1. First crumble the cake.
  2. Add apricot or your choice jam.
  3. Make pop size balls and keep them on parchment paper and keep it in Fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile we make chocolate sauce. Heat cream in a pan, pour it on chocolate and let it sit for 30 seconds, mix well till it is shiny.
  5. Set lollipop sticks in to cake pop and dip them in chocolate ganache and let them stand on any thermocol to dry. Now pour sprinkles or hearts candy over it and give surprise to kids.
