Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebab

  • 1/1/4 Soaked chana dal 150 Gms Soaked soya badi 750 gms blanched spinach 2-4 green chillies 50 gms garlic cloves Salt to taste Oil for cooking

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab

  1. Grind soya chunks (badi) chana dal (with garlic and chillies) blanched spinach separately. After grinding mix all ingredients well. Heat kadhai put this mixture and stir continuously till dry for binding. Now keep this mixture in plate. Make kababs. Heat oil and deep fry on high flame till crisp and golden brown. Hot and crispy hara bhara kababs are ready with green chutney.

My Tip:

You can add coarsely broken dry fruits.
