Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach/ palak 1 bunch
  2. Boil potatoes-2
  3. Green Peas -1 cup
  4. Coriander leaf chopped -1/2 cup
  5. Green chillies - 4-5
  6. Beasan - 2 tablespoon
  7. Ginger garlic paste -1teaspoon
  8. Amchur powder -2 teaspoon
  9. Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Salt to taste


  1. Boil the potatoes and mashed perfectly.
  2. Roast the besan properly as well as peanuts.
  3. Boil spinach and drain all water properly.
  4. In a pan saute ginger garlic paste, nice aroma comes add chopped green chillies.
  5. Blend spinach peas and coriander leaf.
  6. Add mashed potatoes and blend mix. well and cook 5 min add salt as needed , as well as roasted besan
  7. Make a good dough and divided into 10 pieces.
  8. And fold the kababs in crushed roasted peantus.
  9. Fry till golden brown , sprinkle amchur powder.
  10. Enjoy hot kababs with mint chutney.
