Its a popular north indian snack. Hara bhara kabab is an easy snack that can be serve as a brunch or also as a starter. Hara bhara kabab make from spinach,peas, and potatoes.its nutritious as well as delicious. Hara bhara kabab is also loved by kids who hates to have veggies like spinach,peas and capsicum.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Spinach- 2 cups ( palak)
  2. Green peas - 1 cups (boil)
  3. Capsicum - 1 nos ( chopped)
  4. Green chilli - 4-5 ( finely chopped)
  5. Coriender - 1/2 cups
  6. Mint leaves as per your taste
  7. beans - 1/2 cup
  8. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  9. Boil potato- 2 medium
  10. Jeera - 1 tsp
  11. Salt as per required
  12. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  13. Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
  14. oil
  15. Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp
  16. Cornflour- 1 tbsp


  1. Boil spinach and drain the water completely
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.when cumin sprinkle add ginger garlic paste
  3. Now add chopped capsicum and saute for 1 minute
  4. Add green peas, spinach,coriender,beans and mint leaves
  5. Saute nicely for 5 to 7 minutes
  6. Add salt,turmeric and chaat masala
  7. Saute again until its moisture evaporated and its turns dry
  8. When mixture is dry, switch off the flame and let it cool for 5 minutes
  9. Now grind the mixture and make smooth paste
  10. Take bowl, add mash potato and mixture
  11. Add bread crumbs and cornflour also
  12. Make equal size balls, shape into cutlets
  13. Heat oil and deep fry the shaped cutlets until turns golden brown
  14. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney
