Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/4 cup palak leaves blanched and chopped
  2. 4 tbsp green peas shelled
  3. 1 medium potato boiled and chopped
  4. 1 medium banana boiled and chopped
  5. 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  6. 1/4 cup grated paneer
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chili paste
  8. 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  9. 1 tbsp coariander leaves chopped
  10. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
  14. dry bread crumbs for coating
  15. 6-7 cashews

Instructions

  1. in a mixer jar add palak and peas grind coarsely
  2. add potato, banana and grind again
  3. texture should not be smooth
  4. transfer into a bowl and add remaining ingrediants. mix well
  5. make round balls. coat with dry bread crumbs and give a shape
  6. stick cashew in center and keep in fridge for 1 hr
  7. shallow or deep fry till golden brown
  8. sprinkle chat masala and serve with onion, lemon, ketchup
