Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of sprouted moong
  2. 1 cup poha
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice
  4. 1 Ginger piece of small size
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1 cup chopped green fenugreek leaves
  7. 1 cup chopped spinach
  8. 1 cup chopped green coriander
  9. oil for fry
  10. salt as per taste


  1. in a mixer jar add sprouted moong,ginger,green chilli, poha and grind for 5 minutes.
  2. then add lemon juice and salt in the mixture
  3. mix well and knead dhough.
  4. make the keys of the dough.
  5. heat tawa and grease with some oil.
  6. please the tikkies on hot tawa and cook till crisp and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
