Baked Egg

Ingredients to make Baked Egg

  • eggs - 3
  • spinach - 1 cup
  • Chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped chillies - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • Basil - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated cheese as required
  • salt as per taste
  • Refined oil as required

How to make Baked Egg

  1. Heat a pan, with some oil. Add chopped garlic and chillies. Once they are fragrant, add the chopped spinach leaves.
  2. Add salt, oregano and basil. Cook for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. Now in silicon moulds or cupcakes moulds (grease it, if not nonstick), put a layer of cooked spinach.
  4. Then put grated cheese and break an egg on top.
  5. Bake the moulds at 180 in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool for 4-5 minutes and de-mould.
