Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Cottage cheese 150gm
  2. Eggs 6(boiled and slited )
  3. salt as per taste
  4. red chili powder 2tsp
  5. sugar 1tsp
  6. Hung curd 4tablespoon
  7. Oil for greasing 1tablespoon
  8. Kasuri methi powder 1teaspoon
  9. Onion paste 1teaspoon
  10. Gram flour 2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil and slit the eggs into half.
  2. In a frying pan add oil and fry the onion paste in golden brown color.Add kasuri methi ,red chili powder .
  3. Add the egg yolk to the cottage cheese amd smash it to a mixture, add this mixture to sauteing onions and cook till the mixture is dry.
  4. Take a bowl add the hung curd ,gram flour ,red chili powder, sugar and salt and mix it well and keep aside.
  5. Let the cottage cheese mixture cool down and then put it inside the egg whites.
  6. Then brush the curd mixture on top of the eggs and bake at 180 degree celcius for 10minutes.
  7. Place the eggs in a greased plate and bake them for 20-25 minutes or until done.
