Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet potato 250 gms
  2. Arrowroot flour 3/4 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  4. sugar white 1/2 cup
  5. Fresh cream (I used Malai) 1/2 cup
  6. Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
  7. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  8. sugar 2 tbsp
  9. Coffee powder 1 tsp
  10. walnut ( chopped ) 2 tbsp
  11. A pinch of Sendha namak (salt eaten in fast)


  1. Steam, peel and mash Sweet Potatoes.
  2. Take 2 tbsp sugar in a pan and cook till Caramalised. Add Coffee powder to it.
  3. Let it cool for a while and mix with mashed Sweet Potatoes.
  4. Fold in Arrowroot flour, Condensed milk, Sugar, Sendha salt and mix well. Add chopped Walnuts.
  5. Preheat Oven at 180 C. Now add baking Powder and pour the batter in greased baking tray.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Heat iron plate on a gas and serve cut pieces of Brownie with home made eggless Vanilla Icecream.
