A great high protein snack for toddlers..cut the eggy bread into fingers or squares- perfect for baby weaning.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 slice Brown Bread
  3. olive oil/ Ghee as required
  4. Maple syrup(optional)


  1. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat.
  2. Warm olive oil in a pan over low heat.
  3. Dip one piece of bread into the egg, coating both sides properly.
  4. Transfer the soaked bread to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, turn it over and cook the other side.
  5. Serve the warm eggy bread with a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
