Egg Chicken Jelapi Kebab

Ingredients to make Egg Chicken Jelapi Kebab

  • boneless chicken - 500gm
  • egg - 2
  • onion - 1 finely chopped
  • ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • green chillies - 2 finely chopped
  • coriander leaves finely chopped
  • kebab or tandoori masala - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • red, green, yellow bell peppers finely chopped 1 cup
  • besan - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • bamboo skewers - 4 (dipped 15 mins in water before use)
  • Refined oil as required

How to make Egg Chicken Jelapi Kebab

  1. Take the boneless chicken and make a paste in grinder.
  2. Take out the chicken paste in a bowl and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, kebab masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Now in that mixture add the egg yolk only from 2 eggs and then add besan and mix well.
  4. Take the bamboo skewers and pat the chicken mixture in skewers just like seekh kebabs.
  5. Take the chopped bell peppers in a plate and roll the kebabs over it,
  6. Grill the kebabs in mirowave grill for 20 mins.
  7. Take non stick pan, add oil and put the kebabs in pan and shallow fry the kebabs.
  8. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
