Butter Corn

Ingredients to make Butter Corn

  • 250gms corn
  • 1 glass water to boil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 25gms Amul butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

How to make Butter Corn

  1. Boil corn in water for 15 minutes until they become soft.
  2. Drain water, let it cool.
  3. Mix butter, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
