Ingredients to make Egg Drop Soup

  • chicken stalk 3 cup
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • chicken pieces optional
  • egg one
  • coriander leaves chopped two tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp

How to make Egg Drop Soup

  1. Boil the stalk in water.
  2. Add salt and pepper, soya sauce and corn flour diluted in water.
  3. Pour the beaten egg while stirring.
  4. And finally add chopped coriander.
  5. To spice it up you may also add green chillies.
