Ingredients to make Egg Cup Chaat

  • eggs 2 boiled
  • onion 1 chopped
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • cucumber 1/2 chopped without seeds
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • green chilli 1 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • tomato ketchup as required
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Sev for garnish

How to make Egg Cup Chaat

  1. In a bowl, mix onion, cucumber, lemon juice, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, tomato and garam masala.
  2. In a plate, cut the boiled egg into two and spread the sauce over the boiled eggs.
  3. Sprinkle some chopped veggies.
  4. Decorate with sev.
  5. And the egg chaat is ready to serve.
