Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato 3
  2. fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. Sweet corn boiled 2 tsp
  7. butter 1/2 tsp
  8. Water 3 Cups

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Put tomato and coriander. Put 3 cups water. Boil for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Grind this to a fine paste. Strain.
  3. Take a wok. Add butter, put ginger chilli paste, saute. Now add tomato coriander paste. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt, corn and black pepper.
  5. Serve hot.
