Ingredients to make Egg Crispy Wrap

  • eggs 2
  • sugar Powder 1/2 cup
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Egg Crispy Wrap

  1. First whisk two eggs well until they becomes fluffy. Add sugar powder and cinnamon powder in that.
  2. Heat a pan and take 1 tsp ghee. Immediately pour that egg mixture and mix them thoroughly with spatula until scrambled properly.
  3. Take a bowl and mix maida, wheat flour with water like pancakes batter consistency.
  4. Take a pan and keep on another burner of stove.
  5. On that pan take some batter and make small pancakes. On that place the egg scrambled mixture, then roll it.
