Ingredients to make Coconut paneer wrap

  • Ingredients for the wrap 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup maida/all purpose flour
  • 3-4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Ingredients for filling
  • 200 gms paneer
  • 1/2 cup greated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sour curd
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 2-3 green chilly
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 small finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • Cheese spread(optional)

How to make Coconut paneer wrap

  1. In a big bowl combine maida n rice flour with coconut milk n salt to make a smooth n flowing mixture.
  2. For filling
  3. In a non stick pan heat the oil n put chopped onion saute it n then put garlic n capsicum.
  4. Cook it for 3-4 mins n then put the chopped tomatoes.
  5. In a mixer grind greated coconut, curry leaves, green chilly n curd. Make a smooth paste.
  6. When the tomatoes r cooked put greated paneer n the coconut paste n salt n cook till it is dry.
  7. In other non stick pan put the maida batter n spread.
  8. Just turn n shake the pan the batter will spread by itself.
  9. Cook it from one side n when it starts being golden brown in colour put some cheese spread/greated cheese it is optional n then put the paneer stuffing n roll it. Serve it hot .

My Tip:

Usr fresh coconut milk to get more taste. Use only nonstick oan to make
