Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chapati - 4
  2. Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
  3. Oregano - 1 tsp
  4. Finely chopped beans - 2 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped spring onion - 2 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped tomato - 2 tbsp
  7. Cottage cheese / paneer - 1 cup
  8. Shredded cheese - 2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place chapatis on a plate
  2. Spread pizza sauce over it evenly
  3. Add all the veggies and paneer
  4. Sprinkle oregano,black pepper and salt.
  5. Wrap rotis by folding on one side first then rolling it.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Place wraps and shallow fry for 2 minutes
  7. Cook on both sides until crispy
  8. Serve hot with sauce.
