ABOUT CHOCOLATE ORANGE CAKE RECIPE

A perfect eggless cake recipe for all chocolate and orange lovers.

1 1/2 cups - flour
1 tsp - baking soda
4 tbsp - cocoa powder
1/2 tsp - salt
1 cup - sugar
2 tbsp - fresh orange juice
1 tbsp - orange zest
1/4 cup - vegetable oil
1/2 cup - water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Into a mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and sugar.
Into a small bowl mix in the orange juice, orange zest, vegetable oil, water and mix this to the dry mixture until well combined.
Pour the batter in a greased cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
