Egg Nutella Pudding

Ingredients to make Egg Nutella Pudding

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nutella chocolate spread
  • Few cardamom seeds
  • A strand of saffron
  • One banana
  • Half an apple and half Orange/Malta

How to make Egg Nutella Pudding

  1. Beat egg well with sugar added.
  2. Add milk and saffron thread & beat well again.
  3. Heat water in a pan.
  4. Pour the egg in a steel bowl.
  5. Place the beaten egg, mix in boiling water taking care water does not enter the egg bowl.
  6. Cover the bowl.
  7. Keep on slow flame for ten minutes. The steamed pudding is ready.
  8. Take out pudding carefully sliding out the sides.
  9. Slit carefully into two and apply nutella chocolate spread softly making a sandwich.
  10. Cut fruits as per choice for garnish and add them.
  11. Cool in fridge.
  12. Serve with a sprinkle of cardamom on the pudding.

My Tip:

Make each one separately hence one egg and small steel katori or desert plate deep enough to use for setting and for giving an ideal shape.
