Ingredients to make vermicelli shrikhand

  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • milk maid 2 tbsp
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • soaked saffron few strands
  • Powdered sugar 1 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 18 tsp
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • pomegranate seeds

How to make vermicelli shrikhand

  1. heat ghee in pan nd roast vermicelli till golden brown.
  2. add milkmaid nd mix well
  3. pour it in muffin mould nd flatten with spoon
  4. keep in refrigerator for 1 hr
  5. in bowl mix hung curd,soaked saffron,powdered sugar,cardamom powder
  6. powder
  7. take out muffin mould nd demould the vermicelli.
  8. scoop shrinkhand on vermicelli nd serve it with almond and pomegranate seeds
  9. serve chilled
