Ingredients to make Patishapata Pitha

  • 1 cup maida.
  • 1 cup rice flour.
  • salt to taste
  • sugar as required
  • ghee 6 tsp
  • 2cup grated coconut
  • 1Cup jaggery

How to make Patishapata Pitha

  1. Take a bowl, make paste using maida, rice flour, salt and sugar.
  2. For stuffings: Take a kadai, add grated Coconut and jaggerry and fry till brown in colour and sticky and keep aside.
  3. Now Take a tawa, put little ghee and spread. Now spread a big spoonful of the paste like we do in case of dosa.
  4. Place the stuffings in the centre and roll as shown in the picture.
  5. Repeat same process for making more rolls. You can pour condensed milk over the rolls. Enjoy the sumptuous rolls....

Cook it on a medium flame
