Ingredients to make Guava Diwali Bomb

  • guava 4
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • coconut powder 1 cup
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Tutti frutti (Green) for garnish.

How to make Guava Diwali Bomb

  1. Take a pan. Cut guavas into half. Boil it in water.
  2. After guavas turn soft remove seeds.
  3. Grind in mixer. If needed add little water.
  4. Take a kadhai. Put the pulp. Add sugar n lemon juice. Cook till it starts leaving kadhai.
  5. Add ghee.
  6. Cook till it dries.
  7. Let it cool little in fridge.
  8. Make laddoos by rlooing in coconut powder.
  9. Decorate with tuti fruit.

My Tip:

If there is difficulty in making laddoos, add coconut powder after the pulp gets cool.
