Ingredients to make Churmi laddoo

  • wheat flour - 1 Cup
  • Powdered sugar - 2 cups
  • ghee - 3/4 cup
  • cardamom powder - 2 tsp
  • Split cashewnuts - a handful

How to make Churmi laddoo

  1. Take a thick bottomed kadai. Add ghee. Roast wheat flour till it changes color and you get a nice aroma. It may take about 25 minutes. Please make sure the flame is set to low.
  2. Switch off the flame. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
  3. Add ghee roasted cashewnuts and make laddoos when the mixture is warm.

My Tip:

Make laddoos when the mixture is still little warm to get the perfect bonding.
