Ingredients to make Gram flour barfi

  • One cup gram flour
  • One cup milk powder
  • Three fourth cup oil
  • Half cup water
  • One and half cup sugar
  • Few drops rose essence

How to make Gram flour barfi

  1. Take a thick bottom pan
  2. Add sugar n water cook it
  3. Take another bowl add milk powder gram flour n oil
  4. Make a fine paste
  5. Put this paste in sugar syrup
  6. Srit it contenue
  7. When mixture turn thick
  8. Turn off gas
  9. Add rose essense
  10. N put the mixture in greeced plate
  11. Cool it for 10min
  12. Cut in to pieces

Add some dry fruits
