Malai Sandwich

Ingredients to make Malai Sandwich

  • Rabri
  • Milk 1 litre
  • sugar 3 table spoons
  • Sandwich
  • Bread slices 4
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Red sherbet 2 tablespoons
  • Varak/silver foil little

How to make Malai Sandwich

  1. Rabri
  2. Boil milk
  3. Reduce till half and add sugar.
  4. Adjust the taste.
  5. Allow it to cool
  6. Preparation for Malai Sandwich
  7. Cut bread on whichever shape you want.
  8. Cut the edges/sides
  9. Put rabri in centre of two bread and make sandwich.
  10. Put them in a serving dish
  11. Pour cold red rose milk on top
  12. Sandwiches should soak properly.
  13. Garnish with varak
  14. Serve cold.

My Tip:

Instead of rose sherbet ypu can even add kesar sherbet
