Cashew Roll

Ingredients to make Cashew Roll

  • Kaju/cashew 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • water 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 3 tbsp
  • Desi ghee 1 tbsp
  • pista 1 spoon chopped
  • Kesar/saffron 1 picnch soaked in 1 tsp milk

How to make Cashew Roll

  1. Grind cashews in to fine powder, keep aside
  2. Heat water and sugar on high flame, when its going to reach in one string consistency then add cashew powder and ghee.
  3. Mix properly and strirring continously, when it becomes like a dough, switch off gas and add milk powder.
  4. Mix well, let it cool for 3 to 4 mins.
  5. Make rolls from this mixture, garnish with pista and saffron. Preserve it for many days.
