About Cashew praline Recipe

This sweet is made by caramalizing sugar.

Cashew praline

Ingredients to make Cashew praline

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup cashew tukda
  • 2 drops ghee

How to make Cashew praline

  1. In wok put sugar
  2. Caramalize on low flame
  3. Add cashew
  4. Mix well
  5. Grease a plate with ghee
  6. Put cashew mixture
  7. Spread evenly with spatula
  8. Let it be cool
  9. Take out with the help of a knife
  10. Can be eaten as it is
  11. Or wrap it in a aluminum foil and crush with the help of rolling pin
  12. Use as a garnishing on desserts

My Tip:

As soon as sugar melts add cashew and switch off gas otherwise it wil taste bitter
