Super gooey brownies with a hazelnut spread and candied walnuts

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 stick of butter
  2. 1/2 cup each of milk and dark chocolate
  3. 3 tbsp Hersheys cocoa
  4. 1 cup sifted flour
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 3 tbsp espresso
  7. 1 and quarter cup sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1 jar Nutella
  10. 1 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Melt the butter in a mixing bowl, add in cocoa and chocolate.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together to get a nice fluffy batter.
  3. Add in espresso, salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the two liquids, sieve and gradually add in flour. Make sure no lumps are formed. Add in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Stir in the Nutella and then bake it a 180°C, in a cake tin for 40 - 45 minutes.
  6. When ready garnish with Nutella icing and walnuts.

Thank you all ! @Aashima Awasthi : Never tried making it eggless. Yoghurt should be a good substitute. Will work out the measurements and get back to you ! @Madhuchanda : Sure ! Dissolve half a teaspoon of instant coffee with 3 tablespoons of water , heat it up a bit and use it. @Deviyani : They're fudgy rather than just chunky ! @Sheeni @Madhavi : Thank you so much !
