Ingredients to make Egg curry special

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 4 medium sized onion chopped
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
  • turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • coriander powder 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • mustard oil 2 tablespoons

How to make Egg curry special

  1. Make small cuts on boiled eggs
  2. Heat oil in frying pan for 2 min
  3. Fry eggs in oil till it turns golden brown
  4. Take eggs out
  5. Add cumin, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste in same oil
  6. Fry till it turns golden brown
  7. Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder
  8. Fry the mix for 2-3 minutes on low flame
  9. Take pan off the flame and pour mix in mixing jar. Make the paste of mix
  10. Pour this paste back to same frying pan. Fry it for 2-3 minutes
  11. Add 3 cups of water and boil for 2 minutes
  12. Drop fried eggs in it and boil for 1 minute
  13. Add garam masala and take pan off the flame. Stir the gravy to mix the garam masala
  14. Spread some coriander leaves on it
  15. Now serve it with chapati or rice
